• How long is the delivery, and where is it made?

We generally deliver orders within 6-8 working days (In special events like Christmas the delivery may be delayed but we will inform you prior). Our moon lamps are made in EU, thus avoiding the long delivery times that can take months. Our webshop is not affiliated with foreign suppliers, and we exclusively sell our products through the www.holdlampa.hu webshop.

• Useful Information

In the off state, the lamp is white and does not display the picture, which is only visible in texture. In the on state, the darker the environment, the better the photo on it appears. Therefore, it is advisable to time the gifting for the evening hours. It has a battery and is easily rechargeable with a USB cable.

• How is it made?

We remove the background of your uploaded photo as much as possible, so there are no distracting elements on the lamp. Then the lamps are made using 3D printing. This technology allows us to achieve a lifelike moon texture. The quality of 3D printing is not the same as photo printing quality! Strive to upload a high-quality and preferably close-up picture! Full-body pictures are cropped to highlight the essential parts. We are not responsible for any typos in the optional caption field.

• What material do we use?

We print from biocompatible PLA material, most commonly made from cornstarch. It does not cause any irritation when in contact with skin.

• How can you charge the lamp?
