Online Dispute Resolution Platform
The European Commission has established a website where consumers can register, thus providing them with the opportunity to resolve their online shopping-related disputes through this platform by filling out a request, avoiding court proceedings. This way, consumers can enforce their rights without being hindered by distance.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product or service purchased online, and do not necessarily want to go to court, you can use the online dispute resolution tool. On the portal, you and the trader against whom you have a complaint can jointly select the dispute resolution body you wish to entrust with handling the complaint.
The online dispute resolution platform is available here: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=HU

If any part of these GTC is legally incomplete or invalid, the other points of the contract remain valid, and the provisions of the applicable laws shall apply instead of the invalid or incorrect part.

Information on the Operation of Goods Containing Digital Elements and the Applicable Technical Protection Measures
The availability of the data servers providing data on the website is over 99.9% annually. Regular backups are made of the entire data content, so the original data content can be restored in case of a problem. The data displayed on the website are stored in MSSQL and MySQL databases. Sensitive data are stored with appropriate encryption strength, and we use hardware support built into the processor for their encryption. Information on the Essential Characteristics of the Goods
Information about the essential characteristics of the goods available for purchase is provided in the descriptions of each product on the website. Correction of Data Entry Errors - Responsibility for the Accuracy of the Provided Data
You have the continuous opportunity to modify the data you entered before finalizing your order during the ordering process (by clicking the back button in the browser, the previous page opens, so the entered data can be corrected even if you have already moved to the next page). Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide is entered accurately, as the Goods will be billed and shipped based on the data you provide. Please be aware that an incorrectly provided email address or the full storage of the mailbox may result in the failure to deliver the confirmation and prevent the formation of the contract. If the Buyer finalizes their order and discovers an error in the provided data, they should initiate the modification of their order as soon as possible. The Buyer can indicate the modification of the incorrect order by an email sent from the email address provided during the order or by a phone call to the Seller. Usage of the Website
Purchasing is not tied to registration. Selection of the Product
The buyer has the opportunity to choose and order from the products of the store. By clicking on the selected product, the buyer can view its detailed description. If intending to purchase, the buyer places the desired product into a virtual cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "View Cart" button of the Cart, you can find the products placed in the cart during shopping, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the accuracy of your order, paying special attention to the prices and quantities, which you can modify or correct as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.
Sending the Order
If you find the quantity of products in the cart satisfactory, have checked the total amount, and decided to purchase them, simply click on the "Checkout" button. Our store allows you to shop without registration, so you can choose from three options: whether you want to log in as a registered customer, want to register as a new customer, or want to shop without registration. If you have previously shopped in our store, please enter the email address and password you provided during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, then provide the necessary data for the purchase, which the system will store, and you will only need to log in for your next purchase. In the case of shopping without registration, provide your billing and shipping address. In the next step, select the shipping method that suits you. Then you need to choose a payment method that suits you. If you agree with the contents of the order, then click the "Order" button to send the order.
Finalizing the Order (Offer)
If you are convinced that the contents of the cart correspond to the Goods you wish to order, and your data is correctly listed, you can finalize your order by clicking the "Send Order" button. The information provided on the website does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract by the Seller. In the case of orders under the scope of these GTC, you qualify as the offeror.
By pressing the "Send Order" button, you expressly acknowledge that your offer is considered made, and your statement - in the case of the Seller's confirmation according to these GTC - entails a payment obligation. The Seller is obliged to confirm the receipt of your order to the Buyer electronically without delay. If this confirmation does not reach the Buyer within a reasonable period depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours from the sending of the Buyer's order, the Buyer is relieved of the offer commitment or contractual obligation.
Order Processing, Formation of the Contract
You have the opportunity to place an order at any time. The Seller will confirm your offer via email within 48 hours at the latest after sending your offer. The contract is formed when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes accessible in your mailing system.
