LOCAL PICKUP

In the case of local pickup, the product can be collected at Török Flóris utca 29, 1203 Budapest, after a phone and email notification of the product's completion. The personal pick-up point is not a business location, so you can only wait on the street. It is worth contacting the pick-up time by phone.

How to get there : Tram 51 and 2B Török Flóris utca Stop, Tram 3 Gubacsi út terminus, buses 119, 166 János tér stop.

Parking: Safe and free, and easy to find empty parking spaces on the street.

HOME DELIVERY WITH GLS COURIER SERVICE

The delivery time of the products (not the same as the production time, which is 4-6 working days) is 1 working day . During special periods, such as Christmas, longer delivery times may occur depending on orders. The current delivery time is indicated on the product page and in the order confirmation email.

After placing the order and handing it over to the courier service, you will be notified by email or SMS about the arrival of the shipment. Shipments are attempted to be delivered on three consecutive working days between 08:00 and 18:00. If all three deliveries are unsuccessful, the package collection will fail, the consequences of which you can read below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We issue an e-invoice for each purchase, which is sent automatically after fulfilling the order. The prices on the website are the final ("gross") prices for consumers. The Seller is VAT-exempt from the point of view of sales, so the prices include 0% VAT.

ONLINE BANK CARD PAYMENT - SIMPLEPAY

SimplePay is an electronic payment service that allows you to conveniently and securely pay with a bank card in online stores and mobile applications. There are no additional costs for paying by bank card, it is completely free of charge.
Attention! In the case of Maestro and Visa Electron cards, the issuing bank determines the internet use of the card. If the issuing bank has authorized it, then our system can accept it.

To pay, you can use:

  • Your Mastercard or Maestro bank card
  • Your Visa or Electron bank card

CASH on DELIVERY

In the case of cash on delivery, you can pay for the product in cash upon delivery or by card if the person making the delivery has a bank terminal.
Attention! In the case of a cash-on-delivery order, you have the opportunity to cancel the product within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we have the right to demand the following compensation fees (we can reuse certain parts of the printed and packaged lamps):
    • 5,000 HUF in case of cancellation of a completed but not placed order
    • Shipment sent but not received HUF 8,000
    You can settle our compensation claim by cash, bank transfer or SimplePay (online bank card). You have 15 days to settle the amount. In case of non-payment, we will enforce our claim through civil litigation , the buyer must reimburse the seller for the legal costs.
